About R Homes Kitchen Remodeling

From our first meeting with owner Rod Hammerstrom, R.Homes LLC, to our last after 5 months of our home build, Rod was responsive , professional, thorough, and true to his word in every aspect of the construction. He follows up , checking in with us after the build was done, to see how the house was working for us from a genuine place of interest and pride in his work. If you want a builder who will do exactly what he says and stand behind his product, Rod Hammerstrom is a wonderful choice. I’m sure there are other builders who do adequate work and maybe even a few that are as good as Rod but good luck sorting that out. So, if you are looking for a contractor that’s going to give you no nonsense work, without silly upsells or surprises, just talk to Rod Hammerstrom at R.Homes.

We were inexperienced in home building, and initially didn't even know if building a home was possible for us. From our very first meeting, Rod eased our minds by clearly explaining the building process, outlining the scope of his work, and detailing exactly what was expected from us as buyers.

Throughout the construction, his communication was clear. He managed all of the subcontractors and kept the entire project on track. While we expected the house to go over budget—as everyone warns you about—Rod actually brought us in under budget. We absolutely love our new home and know for a fact we couldn’t have done this without Rod's guidance. If you are thinking about building, don't hesitate to give him a call!

Rod not only does excellent work, but he is also provides great communication every step of the way. Highly recommended!
